Fork extensions

Fork extensions are tools that allow you to extend the length of the fork arms, the parts used to lift loads.

We manufacture forklift extensions with capacities from 1T to 30T and lengths from 1000 mm to 6000 mm, for standard and non-standard forks. Our extensions are matched to the fork cross-section and load capacity of the forklift. They are fitted with robust anti-slip features to ensure comfort and safety at work. Our fork extensions are manufactured in accordance with Directive 2006/42/EC, PN-ISO 3691-1. Each extension is marked and comes with a Conformité Européenne Declaration of Conformity. When ordering, please indicate the dimensions of the fork cross-section (thickness and width) and the load capacity of the forklift truck.

Use of fork extensions.

Fork extensions allow loads to be moved that are longer than the standard fork arm length. As a result, they are widely used in a variety of industries and sectors. For example, in warehouses, fork extensions are used to lift pallets with longer items such as pipes, beams or boards. In the construction industry, fork extensions are used to lift heavy structural components such as beams or flat bars.

Fork extensions may affect the load capacity of the fork. For this reason, always check the specifications of the equipment and do not exceed the load capacity. In addition, care must be taken when working with fork extensions, as longer arms can affect the stability and balance of the load.
