Forks for pallets
We offer forks for vertical transport of pallets on the hook of a crane or overhead crane. We manufacture them in accordance with Directive 2006/42/EC. Each accessory is provided with a Nameplate and Conformité Européenne marking .
We manufacture two types of pallet forks:
- Self-levelling - automatically maintains the level even when raised at an angle, making it easier to handle and improving safety,
- adjustable - their position can be adjusted as required.
The choice between self-levelling and adjustable forks depends on individual needs and working conditions.
Self-levelling pallet forks are particularly useful when handling heavy and unstable loads, which can affect the stability of the forklift and put the operator at risk. Adjustable forks, on the other hand, allow the width between them to be adjusted according to the size of the pallets. This provides greater flexibility when working with different types of loads. They are particularly useful when the width of the pallet is larger or smaller than the standard width. In general, when transporting unstable loads or working in difficult conditions, it is better to choose self-levelling forks. On the other hand, when pallet sizes vary, setting forks will be more useful.
Pallet forks - applications
Pallet forks are practical and widely used tools. They are used in a variety of places such as warehouses, production halls, logistics and handling points, markets, retail shops, etc.
When choosing a pallet fork, the first thing to consider is:
- lifting capacity, i.e. the maximum weight they can lift,
- length and width to match the size of the pallets.
We offer different types of pallet forks. Details are available in the tables below. We also make products with other dimensions on request.
